We accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed at salonmy.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Currently, we only provide shipping within Malaysia and Singapore.
Postage Fees & Charges
Shipping fee of RM7.50 per purchase for a single consignee (up to 10kg) will be charged for Peninsular Malaysia and RM18.00 (up to 5kg) for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
Shipping fee to Singapore is subject to the parcel's weight and type of courier service preferred. Please contact us for details of shipping fee to Singapore.
Free Delivery
Up to 10kg (Peninsular Malaysia) and up to 5kg (Sabah and Sarawak) for purchase of RM150.00 and above in a single order (Terms and Conditions apply).
Your parcels will be delivered using DHL/GDEX/Aramex/Poslaju/CJ Logistic/J&T Express/local logistic operator.
No address adjustment allowed once order is already in process.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your order. Your tracking information can also be found in "MY ACCOUNT".
